Following five months of regular use, the left earpiece started producing a more muffled sound. I took it to a service center in Vosstaniya (Ligovka), which is located in St. Petersburg, and they informed me that everything is in working condition; all you need to do is clean it! After a month, the left earpiece started functioning improperly once more. But, since there is only one service center in such a large city, I'm not going to make as many trips there as I normally would. Please keep in mind that I personally cleaned the headphones once every week by wiping them down with a dry and gentle towel while attempting not to get anything caught up in the net. And the winner is... bingo! It has been exactly a year since the left earpiece stopped producing any sound. Now all I have to do is wait for the service center to wave to me! Donate that amount of money in exchange for one year of use! I can't believe how disappointed I am! Perhaps Huawei will at least publish instructions on how to clean the headphones that are hidden under the mesh. Or else you'll have to keep going to the maintenance center! Despite the fact that six months ago there was still a chance that the customer service department would reach the conclusion that the headphones needed to be replaced! Oh alas! As a direct consequence of this, I have been headphone-less for an entire year!
