Inaccurately good for aquarium heaters and coolers
Have only been using for about a week. Set it to 82 degrees. When I got independent thermometers I found that the water temp was actually over 86. Luckily I had time to adjust them before it became a problem. I had to set the heater to 72 to keep the water temp at 81.5-83. Now that I know it should be fine as long as it can be supported. Be careful when adding it to an already full tank. Start with a low temperature.
