Review on Lenovo Y50 15.6-Inch Touchscreen Gaming Laptop PC - High-Performance Intel Core i7, 8GB RAM, 1TB Storage, Windows 8.1 by Paul Randall

I'm an engineer and have had many computers in my personal and professional life. Thought it would be a good combo of processing power and touchscreen for my needs. Conclusion: I do not recommend this machine for anything other than paper weight. Google Chrome slows down the entire system almost to the point of being unusable; The PC often reaches 100 percent hard disk utilization during operation. Forget about editing photos or videos - you won't have to wait long when performing the simplest commands. Cannot play decent games (nor "Gaming" in Lenovo Marketing's PC name). Last but not least, the touchscreen is not as responsive as on budget smartphones. Hopefully customer service will fix this computer but I won't hold my breath.
