I bought a size 3/4T for my 20 month old grandson. Normally he wears 24 months up to 2T. It fit his shoulder perfectly, but it was too long, maybe 3 inches too long. I bought this size based on other sizing reviews. He loves it and I had a hard time getting him to take it off, it's super cute. He looks like a little biker.
