WILL NOT RECHARGE IN 2 MONTHS
I've owned a socket scanner for about 5 years and I've survived 2 of them, but the first 2 were due to them falling due to a constant fall. However, I received this in the first week of February and has not fully charged it for the past few weeks. I tried changing the batteries but even then it wouldn't charge. I need to connect it to the network for it to work. works, but the connector is loose. If the connector fails even by a millimeter, the scanner dies. This is a defective device. I'm disappointed that the $250 scanner didn't even last a year.
