Temperature not adjustable
I have set the heater to 36°C according to the instructions, but the temperature does not rise above 23°C. peculiar, periodically alternating between 21C and 23C. The sparse instructions are of no help and I can't find any information online. The red light, indicating the elements are heating up, will remain on but the temperature will not change. *Update: LED and display are off. The block looks completely dead.
