Like many people, I have a set of baking sheets, most of them old, aluminum, painted brown. and all without a refrigerated shelf. I've searched for hours reading review after review. I chose it based on the many positive reviews and a few not so great reviews. This is a good stainless steel that cleans very well. When used correctly, they do very well in the oven. Like most skillets, they can easily warp over high heat, especially under a grill. When they cool down again, they instantly flatten. They feel durable and can be cleaned with a sponge when soaking burnt food. Like I said, it's worth buying again.
