CarPlay keeps crashing
Purchased for CarPlay but it crashes after using CarPlay for less than an hour. Maybe 2 minutes maybe 35 but it crashes and you have to unplug and plug your phone back in. The sound crackles a bit and then freezes. Works fine except for CarPlay. I hope I have a bad block. I am contacting Jensen today (7/21/21) and will update this review when they replace the unit. Update 8/9/21 - The seller replaced the unit and the new one works fine.
