One of the best deals, glad I bought this.

Actually the real slide scanner. Real optical resolution 3800ppi. It is inferior to other slide scanners in terms of penetration and the absence of an IR channel, but it wins a lot in price, with the exception of the Reflecta CrystalScan 7200, which is not sold in 2022. I deliberately took exactly 8100 because DigitalICE does not mind, and the color is rarer than bw, but the resolution is 3800 versus 3200, which pleases on Plustek 8200. In general, happy as an elephant) Z. Y. Many scold the build quality, I did not notice any backlash of the buttons, or that something fell off.

Pros
  • Scans briskly, works quietly. Supports multiple exposure, calibration is possible if a target is present. The resolution is higher than any tablet devices. Price.
Cons
  • The inability to twist the focus. No IR channel. No automatic download.
