It's easy enough that someone with little experience could use it without needing any training or support at all! I wish there was some kind of reporting function so we didn't have to rely solely upon our salespeople who aren’t always as accurate about what happens during their shifts when they are away (or just not looking). Some people may find this too basic but most small businesses need something more simple than other solutions out there because those tend towards being overly complex - while still having limited options if needed customization isn't available until after purchase which makes them quite expensive compared to these types of platforms. The ability quickly see where things stand financially versus how much inventory needs restocking etc helps us keep an eye on everything even though one person might be responsible for multiple stores/branches across several states within Canada alone.
