Works great! I use a glove as a palm waiver. I got her an $8 light deal. I attached a screenshot of my email using this pen (I used the GoodNotes 4 app). Although you might want to get a *screen protector*. It scratched my last plastic screen protector (over a year of constant use as a college student). I never used it on the original iPad surface (which was glass), so glass might not get scratched as easily as plastic, but just in case.
