This helmet exceeded my most optimistic expectations. I believe some of the negative reviews I have read are related to a different product. This helmet has a better fit, comfort, cooling and finish than my much more expensive Giro helmet. Out of the box, it took less than two minutes to find it in perfect condition. The color of this product is much lighter than the picture. The visor is now black instead of white and looks a lot nicer. The detachable liner has better padding than my Giro, the helmet is lighter than my Giro and has a bug net to keep animals from nesting in your hair. Okay, about the tail light. It took a few tries to get the light to work before I found that the clear plastic cover had to be pressed hard enough to deflect and make contact with the internal switch. I really have a lot of this incredibly affordable helmet. I am a 6 foot medium sized husky and this helmet can still be adjusted to fit my head comfortably. Revain shipped this product in a bubble wrap box to protect the helmet from damage. I recently bought another road bike and this color scheme is perfect. I like the fact that there is no "base camp" logo.
