This gimbal stopped working after only a few uses and started jerking left or right when shooting, completely defeating the purpose. I tried contacting the manufacturer who insisted I send the stabilizer back to CHINA for my money so they could diagnose the problem. Instead I have contacted Revain for a full refund and will not purchase another device from this brand due to their very poor warranty return policy. Very disappointing. Oh, also worth noting: their gimbal control iPhone app is a real nightmare to understand. Likewise the "Shortcuts" on the device to switch from one mode to another. Generally "me" at best.
