These silk leather pads adhere very well to the face. Each night they lose a little grip until they no longer fit well. Mine took about 10 days, which is pretty much in line with what the packaging says. I followed the directions and didn't apply any creams or moisturizers after washing my face. In terms of results, my skin felt softer, but I didn't notice any change in lines or puffiness under my eyes. In fact, I got more puffiness and dark circles under my eyes due to lack of sleep. I don't sleep well anyway, so I often read for a while before falling asleep. I couldn't even do it because these pads are just plain uncomfortable. Oh they are soft enough but I could feel them on my face and also see them out of the corner of my eye. It was more annoying than anything, and I might have gotten used to it over time if I could tell a significant difference in those laugh lines and crow's feet. This would be a great incentive to get used to sleeping in it. So it comes down to softening my skin, but only where the pads were. The rest of the face isn't very good. But they don't last as long as they claim, or at least mine don't, and they're uncomfortable for sleeping.
