I work in a large food factory and we filter our oven water monthly with these pups (which means we replace them monthly) and they work great! I actually bought two housings for personal use, one for my fridge installation (pre-filter) and one for my water tank in the Dart Frog fog system. In both aspects they work great! Back at work these things are heavily used, I'd say they beat their rating and they're caked with limescale/limescale on the outside after a month, but with preventive maintenance and replacement the inside looks brand new like nothing happened! In industry you need to replace monthly but for home use I can see semi-annually if not annually depending on usage!
