The ability for us as an organization of multiple stores throughout our country is able solve even more difficult problems than just one individual market could handle alone; such as the lack or consistency within products between different markets that are served by these groups. There can be some time lag depending upon when we get notified about something happening during day shift vs night shifts etc. Also it makes sense they would want people who have experience working at other companies which I do not think there's any way around this but if someone else was hired into your team right now how much training you'd need? Would require several months (or possibly longer) before being productive again!
