I should have read LATEST REVIEWS It's not fresh, it has seeds (flowers) It's drier than a year old Timothy Hay box stored at 35% humidity. I know Timothy Hay and I know Garden Grass. We have all been bottle feeding for many years. Conversion to orchard grass as a pleasure grass. Many years ago I was a regular Petco customer. The staff and clerks knew me. One day after training I came to buy a small item and I was $1 short. I asked her if I could pay next time. When I say regularly, I mean a few times a week. The clerk who knew me said rudely "No!". I decided never to use Petco again. I should have known It must be a really OLD hay box that has sat for over a year. It's also bad quality. This is a small pet farm that I will buy no matter what the price! God I'm so angry! for £50 how do i get it back?
