The toaster works perfectly. I lost the tiny filter that came with it before I started using the coffee maker.
It has the brand's tiny reusable coffee filter which disappeared after I washed all the parts before use. Reusable/disposable K cups seem to work. Haven't tried it yet. The toaster works like a toaster.
