I love the fresh mint flavor of this toothpaste - way better than mint flavor. As a mother of a child with tooth decay, I know there is some controversy about fluoridated foods. However, since we live in an area that doesn't have fluoridated water, I want to make sure I'm doing my best to protect her teeth. This toothpaste is rich in xylitol and fluoride, which help protect against tooth decay when applied topically. If you are looking for a paste of fluoride and xylitol then this is for you!
