From paper to card stock to 10 mil lamination, this paper cutter cuts everything I need! Sized to fit anything up to 12" x 12" which is perfect for scrapbooking and my planner dividers, inserts and more. The rulers here are awesome and very easy to read. They even have some preset sizes on the ruler and grid on the cutter itself, giving you good guidance on where to cut and which direction to go. how to cut them first but once I figured out how to cut them first it was no more than easy. I cut up to 5 sheets of regular computer paper, up to 4 sheets of 24 lb paper and 2 card stock at a time. I tried to only make one sheet each with 3, 5 and 10 mil lamination for accuracy. What I love most about this paper cutter is that there is a very thin wire on the side of the cutter itself that lines up exactly where you are going to cut. This wire is centered exactly where the blade will go and you no longer have to guess how far the blade will be from the edge of the line below like with other trimmers. The wire guides you exactly where you're going to cut, so you can cut perfectly straight and precise every time.**Tip** Try cutting through some foil to sharpen your blade! Works great. However, the blade is very sharp and does not need to be sharpened for some time after using it for a long time.
