Review on 🔌 FLYPROFiber 10G SFP+ to RJ45 Copper Module for Arista SFP+ – 10GBase-T RJ45 to SFP Connector Transceiver for Arista Networks SFP-10GE-T, CAT6A/CAT7, up to 100FT (30M) by Daniel Mind

I bought a pair of these transceivers to use with Mikrotik CSS326 switches. The switches have been updated to the latest firmware v2.12 at the time of writing and correctly detect the transceiver as Flypro SFP-10GT-MT-30M Rev A0. They feel warm under normal loads, which is to be expected since 10GBase-T transceivers tend to get hot, especially under load. Connected easily at 10Gbps to my QNAP QSW-408 switch with Cat 7 copper cable at a distance of 15-20m. They are also connected with 10Gbps Cat 6 patch cords. I plan to buy more when I need them. Definitely recommended as an alternative to branded Mikrotik transceivers.
