I bought 2 of these headrest attachments for a trip (about 5,000 miles this summer) with at least 2 children. Brackets are very easy to attach to the headrests. Pull the elastic wrap around the headrest and secure with velcro (I did this myself). Place a clip on the bottom of the device and attach it to the exposed surface with Velcro. Place the top clip on the device and secure it with Velcro as well. The velcro is of good quality and should last a while. Holds securely. Tried these mounts on Hyundai Santa Fe, Kia Optima and Ford Explorer. The straps easily fit any headrest. On two devices, the strap is attached horizontally, on the other vertically, which did not interfere with the attachment of the tablet. I have an iPad 2 in a Survivor case (thick and bulky), a 7" Kindle Fire in a wallet case, a 7" Philips PD7012/37 LCD portable DVD player, and a Samsung Galaxy S5 in a caseology Slim fit sleeve attached case. Each of these electronics connected without issue and stayed in place. I should note that I have a 9" Sylvania SDVD9805 dual screen DVD player that was too thick to clip on, but this company makes a different style of mount that I will try for this 1. The easy detachment is a big plus for us as our kids are carried around by other family members, my 8 year old can remove the harness himself and attach it to the headrest in another car with no problem.I also bought an extra elastic strap with no clips to attach to of the headrest when using the third row which is harder to reach. This way my kids can just remove the clips from the other strap and quickly put the tablet back there.
