I recently purchased HIGOOD Shackle Anchors for securing heavy items to my truck bed during moves. The 5/8" carbon steel body and alloy steel pin looked impressive, and the 2 pack seemed like a good value. However, during use, I found that the shackles struggled to securely hold my load. I had to constantly re-tighten them and check on my items while driving. Despite the difficulties, I appreciated the durable construction of HIGOOD Shackle Anchors. I also found them easy to attach and detach from my truck bed. With some slight modifications and reinforcement, I believe they could be an excellent option for securing lighter or less bulky loads. However, for heavier or more fragile items, I would recommend seeking out more heavy-duty options.
