For now I am giving this device a 3 star rating. I ordered the kit and it arrived early, but the battery for the remote control is missing (or wasn't included) in the kit. Settings cannot be checked. But if you're spending over $130, the battery should definitely be included. Until I have a battery for the remote control so I can test the rest of the functions I'm only giving it 3 stars. After I've adjusted. (control box) At the moment, the control box is very durable. It's big, so if you're going to use it for automotive purposes you'll need to think carefully about where you put this big guy. (Lighting) As for the lighting, unless I have a battery for the remote control, I cannot see other functions. Mine is currently solid red, without a battery I can't comment on other lights. But for what I'm seeing with solid red, it looks like a very solid light. (Edit) I can say that after purchasing the battery this kit works and looks amazing! I like the effect options it has. (Remote control functions) The remote control function is very easy to operate. The signal strength is great! I had to install a control box behind panels and an extra box in the back of my van and it still gets a signal! The only downside of the kit is that the dimmer function does not work when the engine is running with a flickering effect. But other than that, this set is great! However, a battery for the remote control is included.
