I cannot stress enough the importance of this filter
I got distracted and forgot to change the filters, probably a month after they were done. I finally got around to it last week and found that a new type of coffee I bought that I didn't really like was being significantly affected by the filter. After I made the change, the coffee was amazingly improved. I couldn't believe it. For those who think that having a filter doesn't make much of a difference, trust me, invest in filters.
