The front legs of this heater are made of such cheap metal that the weight of the front of the heater bent them so the front part tilted down and the heater stood not upright. This means that the bottom of the heater is very close to the floor. I'm afraid it will melt my carpet. Even at high wattage the heater does not produce as much heat as previous similar heaters I have purchased. Really disappointed with this purchase. I bought this during Revain's heyday over the summer, so I didn't realize it was such a piece of crap until the return period was over.
