Total disappointment, the product is terrible.

Because of this, I went out and bought a phone, used it for two hours, and then packed it back up to send back the next day. According to the results of the warranty inspection, servicing is not required. Employees delivering the service are tasked with assuring customers that everything is alright. If that's the case, I'll go ahead and take the exam without feeling bad about shelling out the cash.

It's unfortunate, but it's hardly the company's star offering.

. 7 Jan 22: Thanks a lot, Samsung! After much deliberation, I decided to sell my S21 Ultra on eBay. I also invested in an iPhone XS Max Plus. It has none of the aforementioned problems. When you spend 30 minutes adjusting settings, your phone's battery life drops by 10%; with the iPhone, the drop is only 1%.

I lost $30,000 in the deal, while you made a profit. I watched every one of your paid YouTube reviews and wrote detailed critiques of them all. In addition to warning my coworker off of buying a similar phone, I also informed my friends and acquaintances.

After such a great experience, I can't fathom spending twice as much for a Samsung phone when you can get a Chinese model that's been put through its paces for half the price.

Pros

The matte black phone may easily be used with one hand. This camera may be of high quality; unfortunately, I was unable to verify this.

Cons

I bought a black Samsung S21 Ultra 512GB phone, drove it home, and started setting it up after unpacking it. In particular, I pushed the Next, Next, and Next buttons to get the system to begin setting itself. Because of this, my palm felt like it was on fire after I had been setting up the phone for almost 1.5 hours. Gets quite hot all of a sudden. After 15 minutes on the Internet, my hand started burning. 2) It froze three times; the first time, the screen displayed a strip; the other two occasions, the screen remained unresponsive to touch. Now that I know about it, I can instantly turn off my phone by pushing the Power and Volume- buttons at the same time. The fourth problem was that the phone would restart itself in the middle of installing an app from the Play Store. It abruptly turned off and then back on without warning. Experiencing the same issue while employing SmartSwitch to move data from an antiquated A8+ 2022. It's not the fact that we successfully sent the data. Thirdly, the battery is too weak. To put it in perspective, after two hours of continuous web browsing, I see a 10% decrease in performance on my A8+. There was also a reduction of half an hour and fifteen minutes in the time required to set up the new S21 Ultra. Just what is this, exactly?
