Tissue paper is thin. Basically all the same flour.
grit is supposed to vary but I seem to get two actual texture differences colored in five shades of gray to give it more variety. Each piece was torn like tissue paper. This is absolute rubbish. I bought because my local hardware store is overpriced. Gentrification and Chinese sandpaper. There are many things to get excited about.
