Exactly the same as my Werner. Paper backed with Mylar stickers on front that will fade and peel over time, especially when wet. TIP: After installation, seal any excess decals with clear tape. This is barely noticeable, but seals out moisture, dirt and water from the paper edges of the factory decals. This is not weather resistant vinyl like the originals so I have no complaints. They don't come with Werner logo decals and mine wear off my stairs pretty quickly with regular use. I think Werner would be proud enough of their name that they would at least use weatherproof vinyl stickers instead of paper. Otherwise, contractors, hospitals, schools, governments and public organizations are legally required to continue purchasing sets of required warning labels. I give 5 stars because they are exactly the same as the stock stickers.
