incredibly sharp knives! I was really impressed by how spicy they are. Before making this purchase I was dying to buy a ceramic knife and did a little research. I bought this set with the recommended Kyocera sharpener. They lost the "feel of cutting" within 2 months and never again achieved the same results that I can achieve with a metal knife, whetstone and stone. Now it's just a regular lasagna knife, brownies, and a watermelon. If you're into knives, prepare for a big disappointment. The thrill you will experience with the first fragments will never be repeated. Really very sad.
