The window for delivery was set for 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The fridge didn't show up till 2 o'clock. The messenger has not responded. After calling customer service, I was told that the car would be at my destination within an hour if I used the tracker to find my way (this never happened), and that I would have to wait until I was 18 years old to utilize the tracker if I wanted to get anyplace specific. The day off is wasted, and I have no intention of waiting at home. The book "Twelfth Night; OR WHAT YOU WILL" was the only comfort I could bring with me. There is no longer any interest in making a purchase.
