I like the holder myself, it's beautiful and very soothing to see the smoke going down BUT I made the mistake of putting it on a white bedside table. I was using a pink incense cone from another supplier at Revain and when some of the smoke came out of the holder, part of my bedside table turned pink. I think it's removable but just a warning to other buyers. As you can see in the picture it's a pink circle next to the holder and in the video I put the top of the holder under the holder. The bags run out very quickly, around 5-7 minutes per bag. I bought some incense sticks from another seller and they certainly lasted longer. Aside from the smoke staining my bedside table, it works great.
