Causes Blisters - my new review

I used these to try to slow wear in the heel of my running shoes. Instead it started causing blisters on my heels. I found I was better off without it.

Pros

Everyone deserves a set of our shoe repair patches. Not only does it provide effective shoe protection, but it also fixes holes in old shoes so your shoes can last way longer.
