I bought this for the kids and family to use to make yummy treats in the garden. There were no instructions in the kit but you can understand how to assemble it by looking at the picture on the box. The chocolate shell is removable if you only want to use it as a pan, but if you're using it for chocolate it has a maximum fill line. It disassembles for easy cleaning. I had to play around with the temperature and start low so as not to burn the chocolate. Small blades are good because you can heat things in them.
