I like how easy it is to use! It's very simple but also has many great features that make your life easier as an owner or manager of a property in this day & age where people are always looking at online reviews before coming into our business/hotel room etc.

The only downside would be if you're not familiar with using software such as these then they can sometimes seem overwhelming. If there was something else we could do about making things more clear when someone first logs onto their account (i'm thinking email them after login), i believe customer service will give feedback once logged so maybe add some information regarding what happens next? Otherwise all seems good - just keep up-to date with any changes made by vertical bookings team because updates come out frequently which makes everything better!! Using VB helps get rid off manual processes from daily operations especially during busy times in seasonality periods e.g summer time, Christmas.
