My closet has been a portal to hell for over 6 months. It was littered with years of shit I didn't need and my shoes were all over the floor because I had nothing to put them except a cheap useless shoe rack where shoes could fall off. The closet has also been inherited by our dog, who uses it as a bomb shelter when firecrackers or South Florida's increasingly frequent thunderstorms hit us. I traded Went online for hours reading reviews here on Revain. I decided to buy this product for my shoes. That's incredible. The manufacturer seems to care about the quality of the product as well as the packaging. The packaging of the plugs seemed a little sadistic - 4 plugs in tight plastic sleeves that had to be carefully cut - but I was grateful they packed them or they would be lying everywhere. The product is well made and easy to assemble. Just follow the instructions. My only criticism is that the instructions could have shown a close-up of the connector layout, but I've assembled similar products before and this isn't advanced math. As other reviewers have mentioned, the weight of the plastic means the shelves aren't strong enough for the books. But it's not a bookshelf. This is for organizing your light things. Shoes, clothing, hats, art supplies and the like. I was able to put all my shoes in it along with some toiletries and am very happy with it. It also looks beautiful. Maybe not as pretty as a custom made wardrobe, but it does the job quite well.
