I bought one of these to install OctoPi/OctoPrint and I'm having problems with X728. The device powered up the RPi perfectly, I was able to get an accurate reading of the battery level and do a performance test (also see if the RPi is running on batteries or 5V input. But I couldn't get any program information). shutdown and power off to work at all. Swapping various things I found that in my case one of the third party plug-ins for OctoPrint was interfering with the soft disconnect communication.
