Review on 32 OZ Nalgene Sustain Tritan BPA-Free Water Bottle: 50% Plastic Waste, Narrow Mouth Design by James Vachon

Color misleading: my feedback

I purchased the Nalgene because I loved my last one, but what I received was disappointing. First of all, I ordered the purple one and received something that looked very much like grey, (see photo). I thought they’d made a mistake, so I wrote to the site letting them know the color was incorrect, (in all fairness they offered an exchange easily), however when I received the new one it was exactly the same color as the first, ugly grey looking bottle. Grey, not the purple shown in the advertisement photo. Not what I wanted at all color wise. Also, my original bottle was made of a thicker plastic. The new bottle is made of a thinner plastic. All around, disappointing. I could have purchased any old bottle, but I loved, (past tense), this brand, because it’s BPA free, American made and sustainable and I wanted what I had before. Sadly, it’s not what I received.
