We are happy with this mount. My only complaint (albeit a small one) is that the plate that the TV is attached to has a bit of play, so the TV can sit a bit off at times. I tried tightening the nut to adjust the vertical tilt but the screw turned in place. A simple lock washer could fix that I think. If you plan on using vertical tilt a lot, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. Once you install it and never change the script like I did, it works very well. We installed ours in an inside corner so I could rotate it to see from both sides of the room. Works great for that. Connected to a 32 inch TV.
