We are happy with this mount. My only complaint (albeit a small one) is that the plate that the TV is attached to has a bit of play, so the TV can sit a bit off at times. I tried tightening the nut to adjust the vertical tilt but the screw turned in place. A simple lock washer could fix that I think. It was pretty easy to install but heed the advice. The instructions say to first attach the entire bracket to the wall and then use the mounting plate to attach it to the TV. I knew that trying to slip the tiny mounting screws through the panel and into the TV would be a difficult task - a two person job of course - and the TV would be in danger as this would have to be done while it was hung. The instructions say that to wall mount you need to hold the TV to mount it on a VESA plate with all that on the wall.
