I live alone and had to do this as a 'one person job' which is contrary to what is suggested in the instructions that came with it. Everyone needs to consider how big the TV they want to install and decide if the included screws are needed to mount the elephant to the concrete wall. If you're installing a large TV, you'll probably also need someone to help you install it on the bracket. But my TV is 22″ and probably weighs less than 10 pounds, so I was able to put the mounting bracket back onto the bracket with one hand and then insert the bolt into the slots and tighten the nut with the other hand. and the supplied key. In any case, I recommend attaching the bracket to the TV before hanging it. Tightening the screws while someone is trying to keep it still and in the air causes too much frustration at best for both the person trying to elevate the TV overhead and the person trying to tighten the screws to tighten. Once you receive the mount, you will see how easy it is to detach the mount by hand. I really like having it installed in my bedroom like this and now I can watch TV without having to twist my neck in an unnatural position. The only thing I should mention is that on a smaller TV like mine, the bracket will cover the port you connect your computer to. It's not a problem for me, but maybe for someone. However, I'm pretty sure that's not the case if you place it on a large TV.
