This is my first wall mount and I was a bit concerned that my TV would fall on the floor and end up in an expensive mess but after installation I don't think that will be the case go whatever. I use a 32" TV, so admittedly the mount isn't very heavy, but it's solid. I love that I can mount it on the wall with a stand. The supplied wall screws are very thick and really can't fail, and the metal used is pretty strong and not at all brittle. The kit comes with four different types of mounting screws so it will most likely fit any TV on the market. The mount is articulated in many ways so getting it in exactly the right place and once held firmly in place was not a problem.
