Happy Camper fits TV ceiling and wall mounts

It was pretty easy to install but heed the advice. The instructions say to first attach the entire bracket to the wall and then use the mounting plate to attach it to the TV. I knew that trying to slip the tiny mounting screws through the panel and into the TV would be a difficult task - a two person job of course - and the TV would be in danger as this would have to be done while it was hung. The easy fix was to remove the last screw forward that attaches the plate to the swing arm. After that, attaching the plate to the TV becomes a simple task. The rest of the arm can then be attached to the wall. And then, with the help of an assistant, it is easy to connect the plate to the lever, simply inserting the screw into the connection hole and tightening the nut. The entire installation took about an hour. The swing arm now offers more flexibility when positioning the TV. I'm so glad I went with this and not a fixed mount. They give you a lot of heavy wall anchors and bolts for wall mounting, but for my 32" TV 5 plastic anchors with medium sized screws is more than enough and that's just about right for drywall as there weren't any bolts in the wall. right area to fix the bracket.

Pros
  • Foldable design for perfect screen positioning. A tilt of up to 15 degrees helps reduce glare. The mounting arm extends from a minimum of 2.4 inches to 20 inches.
Cons
  • Big and bulky
