I'm very happy with the product. It looks nice, as advertised. Using it correctly to make a perfect brew was a bit of a learning curve for me but now I've got it down to a science and I'm pleased with the results. As for comments in a few of the reviews about how many cups of coffee you can actually make at a time, the 6 cups referred to in the description would be those little traditional espresso cups (a 'demitasse') which we don't often use in the US. They're more common in, for example, Turkey, Greece and France. I've found that it's perfect for one of my normal sized mugs or the 2 cups that came with it. I like that you get an extra gasket with it, as well.
