I was eager to test out Ekouaer's products because I place a high value on comfort and quality in my lingerie and sleepwear. Unfortunately, I haven't had a great experience with this online shop. First of all, the goods' quality was poor. The stitching was done incorrectly, and the materials used were uncomfortable and rough. The clothes began to fall apart after just a few washes, which was incredibly disappointing given the price. To make things worse, I received unhelpful and dismissive responses when I voiced my complaints to Ekouaer's customer service team. They provided no solutions or compensation for my dissatisfaction and refused to accept blame for the subpar goods. Overall, I am unable to suggest Ekouaer to anyone seeking for high-quality nightwear and lingerie. The customer service is unhelpful and dismissive, and the goods are overpriced and of poor quality. Look elsewhere if you want comfortable and fashionable sleepwear to save yourself the hassle.
