I would deduct half a star if I could. The product itself is of course of high quality, heavier than stock items. The instructions provided were a little generic, but that wasn't really a problem as there are plenty of videos on YouTube. A few little things. On the default filter, the alignment of the letters matches the flow direction arrow, but on this one I had to flip it upside down with the letters. It just looked a little unnatural. Also, the flow direction arrow on the drain is on the front so you can see it when you install it, but on this one it's on the side so you can't see the arrow when it's inside. I just installed it so can't comment on performance yet.
