I bought this tablet less than two months ago and now it's dead. It was necessary for my work and now I have to buy a new tablet and spend almost $100 on it. Battery life has always been poor, but since the periods I used were short I left it plugged in to work. This afternoon I unplugged it for a few hours, turned it off and when I tried turning it back on it was dead. Turned it back on and now after a few hours it still doesn't work. The seller replied after I contacted them but all they asked for were reset instructions. The tablet still needs to be plugged in as the battery will run out if used for less than 1 hour. making it almost useless for my purposes. When I contacted the seller again to return this in less than 2 months. The old tablet was not responding. I'm still waiting. The only warranty information I can find directs me to contact the seller. Do yourself and your wallet a favor and don't buy this tablet.
