Fits my Ford Aerostar 3.0 96
Note that the 96 appears to have two extra ports on the flow sensor canister on the side facing the back of the van. It's just double sided tape that gets stuck on the canister. It's not part of the canister and fooled me and my mechanic for hours. The photo of this product is correct.
