Great classic headdress

Best headdress I have ever worn but have not used Winning yet. Before that was my favorite Rival hat, but I changed it after the suede lining became too gross. Fit/Comfort - Fits perfectly on the head and cheeks. The only annoying thing that another reviewer has already mentioned is the strap. For me, the position and comfort of the strap could be improved (I prefer the Rival in this regard). It took several wears to feel comfortable. When I first got it the skin was quite dry and I treated it with Dubbin. The product is also lightweight, which makes it comfortable to carry. Protection - Discreet protection for forehead, temples and cheeks. There's no chin or jaw guard, so if you need it, look elsewhere. The cheek pads are not too bulky to limit vision. I've gotten nosebleeds with this helmet during heavy sparring (which is not uncommon, it happens - I'm no Mayweather). So if you are looking for full nose protection, get a headgear with a pole. However, also note that this adds weight and reduces visibility. Eyesight – as mentioned, eyesight is good. As long as you wear it properly (chin down, face up), it shouldn't last too much. In conclusion I can say that I love this headgear - you will still feel the impact and not feel like you are wearing a motorcycle helmet. . It's lightweight and folds neatly to fit in my bursting duffel bag. View photos of people wearing this hat to see if it is providing the protection you want/need.
