I have a fairly large home vegetable garden. Often there are left over purchased seeds, which I'd like to use the following season. But, they often get lost or lose vitality because of storage problems. I also save seeds from several cultivars. These are perfect for saving all but the very large seeds, such as pumpkin or corn. And of course Zip lock quarts work fine for them.These bags are thick at 4 mil and the zip lockinging mechanism is first class. I also keep some matches and cotton in one on camping and boating trips in case I absolutely must start a survival fire. Likely I'll never use that one, but it's good to know I've got it.
